We may collect the following categories of personal data:
Through contact forms and emails
- Full name and company name
- Email address and phone number
- The content of your message and any attachments
Through scheduling forms (e.g. strategy calls)
- Name, email, phone number and company
- Time-zone, selected meeting time and meeting notes
- Information you voluntarily share about your business goals
Through website analytics and cookies
- IP address (truncated where possible) and approximate location
- Device, browser, operating system and language
- Pages visited, referring URLs, session duration and interactions
When you become a client
- Billing details and VAT number
- Login or access credentials you provide for the platforms we manage on your behalf
- Project assets, briefs and correspondence
3. Why we collect your data
- To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes — legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract.
- To deliver our services (content creation, social media, advertising, lead generation, CRM, AI automation, consulting) — legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To send service-related communications and invoices — legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
- To improve our website and services through analytics — legal basis: consent (where required) and legitimate interest.
- To market our services to existing clients and prospects — legal basis: consent or legitimate interest, with the right to opt out at any time.
4. Sharing your data
We never sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted processors who help us operate our business, such as hosting providers, email and CRM platforms, scheduling tools, analytics providers, advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn) and accountants. All processors are bound by a data-processing agreement and may only use your data on our instructions.
5. International transfers
Some of our processors are located outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision to ensure your data receives equivalent protection.
6. Data retention
- Enquiry data: up to 12 months after the last contact.
- Client records and project files: up to 7 years (Dutch tax retention obligation).
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (TLS), access controls, least-privilege permissions, regular backups, strong-password and two-factor-authentication policies, and vetted sub-processors. No system is completely secure; we will notify you and the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) of any qualifying personal-data breach within 72 hours.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)
